SHIPPING POLICY
Turnaround
All orders are shipped twice Monday through Friday 11 AM & 4 PM and once Saturday 11 AM (Eastern Time). Orders after 4PM will ship out the following business day at 11AM. EXPRESS shipping DOES NOT mean overnight or next day shipping, but it is faster than STANDARD. We suggest if you are choosing EXPRESS to put your order in before 11AM.
Carriers
At this time we only use USPS and UPS to ship our packages.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the type of shipping (Express or Standard), the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your kratom, we will provide a refund as long as more than 85% of the product is remaining. Alternatively, we can exchange your full bag for a different strain if most of the product is present or the bag is unopened. Exchanges with less than 75% will be exchanged for the weight that is present. Just give our office a call at 843-812-5631.
